SRM Béni Mellal – Khénifra

Created on November 01, 2025, the Regional Multiservices Company Béni Mellal – Khénifra (SRM-BK) is part of a national dynamic to modernize the management of essential public services. It embodies a new generation of unified, high-performing regional operators committed to sustainable development and continuous improvement of the quality of services provided to citizens.
As the sole player in the delegated management of drinking water, electricity and liquid sanitation in the Béni Mellal – Khénifra region, SRM-BK\’s mission is to strengthen operational efficiency, territorial equity and environmental sustainability.
Its scope of action covers the provinces of Béni Mellal and Khénifra, Azilal, Fquih Ben Salah and Khouribga — representing 135 communes and an estimated population of more than 2.5 million inhabitants. Through the pooling of skills, the modernization of infrastructures and the harmonization of management practices, SRM-BK aims to provide a local, accessible and resilient public service in the face of current challenges, particularly water stress, urban growth and energy transition imperatives.

SRM-BK relies on:
