SRM Béni Mellal-Khénifra is responsible for the management and operation of essential services such as drinking water distribution, electricity distribution and liquid sanitation. Electricity Distribution

SRM-BMK ensures electricity distribution through a high-performance, secure and constantly evolving network, meeting the growing energy needs of the region.

Our areas of action:

  • Operation, maintenance and extension of medium and low voltage networks, serving individuals, businesses and communities.
  • Reduction of electrical losses and improvement of energy efficiency through equipment modernization and integration of smart technologies.
  • Supporting the energy transition through the integration of renewable energies and the promotion of energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Guarantee of service continuity, even in case of incidents, thanks to technical monitoring and rapid intervention.

Drinking Water Distribution

Ensuring access to quality water, in sufficient quantity and continuously, is one of the fundamental missions of SRM-BMK.

Our areas of action:

  • Capture, treatment and conveyance of water from various resources (dams, groundwater, regional interconnections) to distribution points.
  • Permanent monitoring of water quality, respecting national and international health standards.
  • Securing supply by anticipating water stress through resource diversification and network performance improvement.
  • Proximity and responsiveness thanks to field teams available 24/7 and a customer relations center listening to citizens.

Liquid Sanitation Management

The management of wastewater and rainwater is an essential lever to preserve the environment and public health. SRM-BMK manages the entire liquid sanitation chain, from collection to treatment.

Our priorities:

  • Collection and safe evacuation of domestic and industrial wastewater through structured and maintained networks.
  • Treatment of effluents in modern stations respecting environmental standards.
  • Valorization of treated water for reuse in irrigation of green spaces, urban cleaning or for agricultural purposes.
  • Prevention of floods through maintenance of rainwater networks and implementation of devices adapted to climate change.
