As part of its public service mission, the Regional Multiservices Company Béni Mellal-Khénifra aims to achieve the following strategic objectives:

- Guarantee the continuity and reliability of public service, in all circumstances, through an efficient organization and responsive monitoring and intervention systems.
- Optimize the management and operation of infrastructure and public assets, with a focus on sustainability, performance and asset enhancement.

- Encourager une consommation responsable et rationnelle des ressources en eau et en électricité, en sensibilisant les usagers et en mettant en œuvre des solutions techniques adaptées.
- Encourage responsible and rational consumption of water and electricity resources, by raising user awareness and implementing appropriate technical solutions.
- Strengthen the technical and financial performance of public service, through rigorous management, targeted investments and performance indicator-based management.
- Integrate resource economy and environmental protection standards in all management processes, in accordance with national commitments to sustainable development.
